About the Coach
I’m John David Harwood, a recovery coach in long‑term recovery from alcohol and cocaine use. For years, I struggled with my mental health and addiction, trying to hold everything together on the outside while feeling lost and exhausted on the inside.A series of legal problems finally forced me to stop and face what was really happening in my life. That difficult season became a turning point. With support, structure, and a lot of honest work, I began to rebuild my life on a new foundation.Today, I walk alongside others who are ready for real change. In my coaching, I focus on relapse prevention, building simple daily routines that actually work, and nurturing a deeper sense of meaning and peace in everyday life. My goal is to offer steady, non‑judgmental support so you don’t have to walk this path alone.
